Welcome to BEK Dongtan!

BEK Dongtan serves students from Nursery through to Year 6, educating children aged 3 to 11 within a coherent and well-sequenced programme that supports smooth and secure transitions at every stage.

Our curriculum follows British educational standards, aligned with the EYFS in the Early Years and the National Curriculum for England from Year 1 to Year 6, ensuring balanced academic, social, and emotional development.

In the Early Years, learning is child-led and play-based, fostering curiosity, independence, and early self-management skills. From Year 1 onwards, students engage in enquiry-based learning, with core subjects including English, Mathematics, and Science, designed to develop critical thinking and confidence.

Across the campus, students are supported through a collaborative teaching approach, where teachers work closely together to ensure consistent academic guidance, strong pastoral care, and continuity of learning, especially as students move into the Upper Primary years.

Our experienced Dongtan staff are committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and academically enriching environment, helping every child grow into a confident and independent learner.
